2. Digital Delivery

Access to purchased digital products is typically granted immediately after successful payment through your account dashboard and/or secure download links.

If access is delayed or missing, contact info@wpstudyvault.com with your order number and we will assist promptly.


3. Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • MasterCard

Additional payment methods may be introduced in the future.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors.


4. Pricing, Currency & Taxes

All prices are displayed in UGX and may change without prior notice.
Applicable taxes (e.g., VAT or GST) will be calculated and displayed at checkout where required by law.
Buyers are responsible for any additional local taxes, fees, or bank charges.


5. Invoices & Receipts

A payment receipt is automatically emailed after a successful transaction.
If you require a formal invoice (e.g., with company name or VAT number), update your billing profile or email info@wpstudyvault.com.


6. Failed or Flagged Payments

We may temporarily suspend access to purchased products if a payment is:

  • Failed,

  • Reversed,

  • Disputed, or

  • Suspected to be fraudulent.
